The iPhone 5 and Galaxy S 3 are very different phones. The former has a smaller screen, thinner design, and an operating system that is very much a what-you-see-is-what-you-get kind of experience. The Galaxy S 3 has a huge display and a much larger form factor that is more conducive to gaming and video watching, but perhaps a bit difficult to use with just one-hand.
